Good Creative Media opens The Green Room to the public on Saturday July 4 2026

San Antonio, Texas. Good Creative Media today opened The Green Room, the live events edition of The IMC Machine, to the public. The Green Room is built for the people who run the room and the people the room came to see. It runs the whole night from one record. The press, the social, the video, the calendars, and the listings, in your own name and in your own voice, in English and Spanish, and nothing goes anywhere until you approve it.

The IMC Machine is, in plain words, your integrated marketing communications and media management monster. The Green Room is the side of it made for live events. One record holds the show. From that record the machine writes the press release, builds the social set, cuts the video, and files the calendars. It works at the speed of a busy week and it waits for your word before it posts.

"I spent the better part of a year teaching a machine to do the marketing the way a careful person would do it, in your voice, at a quality you would be proud to put your name on," said Julie Good, founder of Good Creative Media. "The Green Room is that machine pointed at live events. You run the whole room from one record, and you still approve every word. That is the part most tools forget."

Early access opens Wednesday June 24 2026. It is a pre buy at the regular imcmachine.com pricing, and it is deliberately small. Five seats open for each of the five kinds of people the room is built for: venues and spaces, production and operations, artists and acts, voices and writers and speakers, and education and youth. When the seats fill, new clients join a waitlist and come on board weekly. The public open is Saturday July 4 2026, the day the country marks its independence, and a fitting day for the people who make the work to promote it on their own terms.

What it costs is plain. One show, start to wrap, is $1,200. Run shows often and pay per event at $400. A season is $3,000 a quarter or $9,000 a year, with room for the nights a busy room books. A room that runs many nights, or many rooms at once, is priced by house size in five tiers. Tours and festivals are scoped on a walkthrough. A one time setup fee from $600 builds your brand kit once. Registered nonprofits take the Community Rate, fifty percent off any package.

The Green Room comes from San Antonio, and it knows the rooms here by name. A restaurant on the river. A dive bar with a band in the corner. A theater lobby on opening night. A gallery on a First Friday. The people who own those rooms, book them, fill them, and lock the doors at the end of the night now have one place to run the marketing, and they keep their own voice while they do it.

Per event. Run shows often and pay as you go. $400 an event, or ten percent on a larger build, never below $250.

Season Quarterly. A season on one running record. $3,000 a quarter covers up to twelve events. More is $250 each.

Season Annual. The best rate for a full year. $9,000 covers up to forty eight events. More is $225 each.

High Volume Venue. For a room that runs many nights, or many rooms at once. Priced by house size in five tiers, each one a price per room and a price per event, with a busy room all in option for nightly programming. A multi room house pays each room at its own tier.

  • Intimate, up to about 200. $400 a room each month, $90 an event, or $1,500 all in.
  • Club, about 200 to 600. $700 a room, $150 an event, or $3,000 all in.
  • Hall, about 600 to 1,200. $1,100 a room, $250 an event, or $5,000 all in.
  • Theater, about 1,200 to 2,500. $1,800 a room, $400 an event, or $8,000 all in.
  • Arena, 2,500 and up. Scoped, from $12,000 all in.

Tell us your house size and how many rooms, stages, or screens, and we place you on the right tier. When a season keeps running past its cap, High Volume becomes the better home, which is why the season overage sits a little above the High Volume per event rate.

Tour and Festival. A residency, a tour leg, a multi day build. Scoped on a walkthrough.

Setup. A one time fee from $600 for a new venue or season account. It builds your brand kit and your templates once, and connects your posting and listing platforms so the machine can do its work.

Community Rate. A registered 501c3 nonprofit takes fifty percent off any package. Enter your EIN at checkout and the savings show before you pay. We confirm your status before we start, and if it does not check out we reach you before any work or any charge moves.
